The total points determine your tier. Also, your points can be used to reclaim rewards. Once you accumulate enough points, you are automatically upgraded to the new tier and enjoy its benefits.

Purchases: you generate 1 € = x points depending on tier.
Doing activities: Actions such as following us on Instagram will give you additional points.

Points from your purchases will appear as ‘pending’ immediately after your order. They will become part of your total accumulated value 31 days after the purchase. Points from your other activities will appear instantly.

You can redeem your points to achieve rewards in your Nude members website once you are registered.

Yes, the points earned will expire after 12 months of inactivity. However, your tier status will remain the same.

If you return a product, your points will be automatically deducted. However, in the case of an exchange, your points will be adjusted accordingly.

Yes, but only your purchases made within 1 month before your registration count.

Yes, leaving the program will result in the loss of all accumulated and pending points.

Nude Members has three different tiers: The Penthouse, The Suite and The Executive. To reach each level, you need to accumulate a specific number of points.

Once you reach a tier, you will start unlocking all its benefits. You can check your benefits and rewards in your MyAccount section. 

You can also enable email notifications doing the activity: ‘Subscribe to our newsletter’ to stay informed about future updates and receive details about your benefits.

Each tier requires a specific number of points. Once you reach the required amount, you will automatically level up. The transition happens once your points are fully processed, which may take 31 calendar days in case you have gained it through purchases, or a few minutes, if gained by completing different activities.

When you reach a tier, you never level down.

Yes, you can view your current tier details and the points needed to advance in the MyAccount section.

At any time, as long as you have the points available. Rewards cannot be redeemed with pending points.

You can redeem them on your Nude Members page once you are logged in. From there, you can redeem any reward by clicking Get Reward on the one you want.
If you are in-store, please speak with one of our team members so they can redeem your rewards at the checkout.

Not all rewards are always available, as some are released as limited editions. Also,
some rewards are only available online.

No, only one reward can be redeemed per purchase and they cannot be combined. For example, you cannot use a €10 reward together with the mystery accessory.

No, product rewards can only be redeemed once per year.

Yes, your account are connected on our website and in our stores so your points will be updated automatically in both.
